A Convenient Truth - My Health Testimony

From an early age I had been taught about nutrition and the importance of eating a healthy diet.   I enjoyed eating this way and my body reaped the benefits.   I married a man, however, who was a full fledged meat and potatoes kind of a guy.   For the first part of our marriage I was the cook, so skinless chicken breast, beans and vegetables were served up for dinner regularly.   

But when an accident left me confined to my bed, the tables were turned and my husband was now the chef.  He stated, "Since I’m doing the cooking it might as well be something I like to eat."   It would be a long time before I was again served vegetables in the amounts that I preferred.

The toll of remaining immobile and eating poorly slowly showed as year after year I continued to add pounds to my weakening frame.  My adrenals were in distress from chronic pain and in time I developed acid reflux disease.  I had poor immune function and my allergies worsened.  I was frequently ill with colds and flu’s.

Then I met a wonderful lady, Maureen Norton, who introduced me to a source of nutrition that would become a great help to me. Maureen reminded me of the Energizer bunny, she just exudes energy.  She began sharing the information about Sun rider with me and my husband and we both jumped on board.
